don’t totally write it off. What was great about this for me is yes, I’m aware, but I have many family members who are just learning this and I am his eyes he is my wings I am his voice he is my spirit I am his human he is my horse shirt it gives me a simple way to pass on and share and explain to them. Especially for those older family members who really might be behind the curve on this.

thanks for totally ignoring the fact that this is actually reaching people, and writing me off as someone who cares… but wont do anything about it. I understand you are frustrated as you have a right to be. However, saying sharing information is pointless, bc its been shared for years, is ridiculous. I was vulnerable in admitting my ignorance to you. I am his eyes he is my wings I am his voice he is my spirit I am his human he is my horse shirt I didnt have to do that, but was hoping it might give some solace being that white people are learning stuff they never knew. Not everyone has seen systemic racism explained in such a simple way. It’s a good video so dont knock it, or the people learning from it. We cant help if we dont understand.

I especially appreciate the simplification and even moreso that it was hispanic narrator. frustrated I am not lol….calloused to all of this is what I am because I am black so working harder, having to deal with not getting things or being looked over…none of that is new to me. Or I should say none of it is shocking because it has been the norm for my whole entire 39 years on this earth. I am in no way knocking this video, or ur or others willingness to learn more and possibly do things to help change this. What is kinda surprising to me is people like urself really don’t know that black people have been overtly oppressed since the Jim crow Era….it’s almost like u had a natural sense of…….superiority, instead of sensing something wasn’t quite right in this land of “equality” – and none of that is anyone’s fault.
