Accept for who they really are at the same time they need our guidance and discipline. If you just let your child for who they are by not guiding them they might lost track of themselves. That’s why nowadays there are lots of spoiled brat kids out there because their parents just let them do what they want to do or let them who they want to be without proper guidance and discipline. Very difficult subject because the truth lies somewhere in between. You are put in charge as a parent to guide them to develop the good in them because we are all born in sin. For them to be happy and psychologically mature enough to guide them through life which is not straight forward or easy, they need your love and wisdom and support. That is essential! So love them! This is crap. There is a right and wrong and we have to teach that to our kids. We can’t just accept everything or anything they do and we can’t go around doing whatever we want either.
