The number of U.S. citizens who have become victims of gun violence is astounding, the worst being the mass shootings of innocent men, women and children. As a line contained in an old Walt Kelly comic strip “Pogo” said, “We have met the enemy and it is us.” How prophetic that was. So sad to see white Americans hear what they want to hear and ignore what they want. All the statements are true wether you want to agree to them or not.
