Modern psychology has marketed a set of expectations to you to impose on your child and within a generation, someone else will make another claim just the opposite.
I’m amazed at how many people don’t understand this video, it’s not about not guiding or teaching your child it’s about not pushing them to be what you want them to be and let them decide what they want to become, for example both parents are doctors so they expect that of their child but the child wants to be a dancer or something else and so the parents then basically disown their child because it isn’t what they wanted for them. she should not open with an opinion like no love is unconditional. I was so bothered by that I could not get through the rest of the video. I have just been reading the comments. Now I guess I will try to finish it.
