I am conflicted. I am both frustrated and proud of his dad for the same reason. Frustrated because no 11 year old boy should have to feel that burden. But yet proud for giving him the confidence and/or drive to support his family in his dad’s absence. I imagine my feelings will become more clear as we learn more.
