I love your post! It is so true. When you stand up to the people spouting hate it is hard Elephant in pocket shirt because people don’t like to be called out on their hurtful behavior. I’m not perfect and have a lot to learn but I defiantly will not applaud and watch hate rule the broken!

my mother was the same way. She was a perfect Christian in church but she was evil to me. She never attended any of my band concerts, never came to see me perform at any games. She broke my spirit but as soon as I turned 17 I left her house and went to live with my dad because I couldn’t take her abuse anymore. When I became a mother I decided to end the cycle of abuse. Elephant in pocket shirt I didn’t spank my kids because I was scared to take it too far like she had done to me so many times. I’m sorry that you were made to feel upworthy. You are beautiful and amazing. I love you and am here if you need anything then parents shouldn’t become parents if they dont want to love their kids. otherwise whats the point?

that makes all the bitching they do to childfree ppl even worse I sometimes feel guilty as my Brothers and I had a perfect childhood. Even with my mom fighting cancer and my Dad working multiple jobs to pay the medical bills he still played with us. He was the father of the neighborhood. Still is a grandfather that would do anything for his grandkids. I can go on and on. He is now 73. I know his childhood was hard like this man. It made him an amazing father figure to so many! True saying “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”
