My absurdity again is when people, in a public setting, Dad remembering you is easy I do it every day missing you is the heartache necklace get offended when others near them speak in a different language. Americans are especially triggered since most only know English. So I apologize for being obtuse.

I think that if you’re going to live in a certain country then you should speak that country’s language. That being said, it’s difficult to learn another language, so if someone tries to speak English to me I’m not rude. I’m not disrespectful. I appreciate the effort they’re making. A lot of foreigners speak better English than a lot of English born people. I think anyone should be able to speak any language they choose to without others trying to tell them they can’t. Dad remembering you is easy I do it every day missing you is the heartache necklace Why do people think they have a say to what language others use?
That’s so absurd. Well because if you for example, live in an English speaking country and can’t speak English, you’re gonna have trouble talking to people. Booking doctor appointments, phoning for an ambulance, calling the police and so on. I totally agree about trying to speak the language in the country you live or even visit in. When I was in Paris I tried to order our meal in French, with what I could remember from French class, and the garçon said he appreciated I tried tospeak their language. I would never disrespect anyone who had broken English to communicate as well so I’m sorry I didn’t specify that in my previous comment.
