I have type 2 Diabetes and I am on 2 different Insulin’s. My meter has spikes as high as 600 and at times only said Hi. I am surprised I am not in a coma by now. My husband had type 1, he just recently passed away very suddenly of Cardiac Arrythmia brought on by a severe nocturnal hypoglycaemic attack. He always said he would have died many years ago if he didn’t have me watching over him especially at night, we had been together 35 years he was diagnosed when he was 23 years old. I will miss him always and cherish all the years we had together, the good and the bad times. We have been married for almost 9 and I have had my share of episodes, the low sugar ones have been painful, scary, crazy and yes even funny, but through all of this God has shown me how to love him even more.
