He is getting older and whiser in my opinion. Love that he does not tour the world with a greatest hits set year after year!

loved watching Broadway, and when I knew he was doing a solo album I thought about how brilliant Tom Joad & Devils & Dust were but then this lands. I’ve given it 5 plays and binned it. Nothing appeals Anyone considering going to see the movie, Blinded by the Light, should instead consider taking your favorite Springsteen CD for a two hour joy ride with the volume turned WAY up! I lasted 65 minutes in the theater this afternoon (6 people in the theater). Bruce springsteen 55th anniversary 1965-2020 signatures shirt The movie is terrible (underlined, bold). Bruce “deserves much more than this.” Your move. I enjoyed it. I thought the acting was great and the messages through out the film we’re good. It was fun and sweet. I’ll give you it was a tad cringy at times and sometimes it didn’t flow that well but overall I wouldn’t call it terrible. I’ve seen a lot worse. If anything I just enjoyed listening to Springsteen in the theater. Not trying to argue with you, you’re opinion is totally valid, I just don’t want people to be scared off from seeing it.
Take your time and go shopping now!

And lots of reviewers loved it. Plenty of opinions around and yours is no more or less valid than the next person’s. I thought it was fun and joyous (underlined, bold), despite being cheesy and predictable. A lovely homage to the power of music, Bruce’s music in particular. I thought maybe you had to be British to appreciate it but I have a friend in NJ, a massive Bruce fan who went to school in Freehold whilst Bruce was there, who loved it. There’s plenty of evidence that Bruce thought it was great too. Don’t be put off by Dan’s comments, go see it with an open mind. you’ll love it, don’t worry. I went with four friends. So uplifting. Who cares if it’s got some cheesy parts? The world’s grim enough these days. I’ll take Bruce and cheesy any day! Plus it’s based on a true story
