I have been able to stop drinking coffee, drinking alcohol and quit smoking. But changing my eating habits to more healthier food and being able to lose weight Bonus mom I’ll be there for you shirt is the hardest thing I have ever dealt with. When it comes to quitting bad habits. So thank you for your advice on how to be successful
Bonus mom I’ll be there for you shirt
I have done it by saying everyday. I had lots of people (even family members) were telling to stop talking and to take action. Some even told me that I was crazy that I was not going to quit I did it! After months of just saying everyday it finally happened. Of course I still get the urge but I enjoy having the urge and saying I want to smoke but I am not smoking shit. I am not taking any alternative for my nicotine cravings. Nicotine I think is a major cause for my core strength being weak. I am just having some hot water to wash that tar down. That’s an admirable thing you guys are doing. Bonus mom I’ll be there for you shirt I quit over 20 years ago and I’m so glad I did, not just for the money but the countless other benefits, not least of which is that here in Oz you’re made out to be a sort of social outcast these days if you smoke.
Get this cool design and hang out
Hey Numan, try my method, takes a little practice but it works because little by little your conditioning body to become slowly smoke free. Now I’m not gonna lie to you I did gain about 10 pounds in a year but that becomes more controllable over time. Definitely worth it You’re going to thank yourself every year. You can grow many of your own veggies/herbs & even roots (ginger) I’m JUST now getting into this bcuz it does save money in the long run. My only problem is whaaaaaat am I going to do with all those herbs & veggies… I can only eat, but so much. Give it away, sell it, idk.
Also sometimes we need a little junk in our life. Lots of people don’t know this though because we aren’t used to cooking; and when we do, we’re used to doing it only a certain way: w/ tons of processed stuff in boxes and jars, and a meat with almost every meal. That stuff actually boosts the price by a lot by the time you get to the cashier. Buying fresh ingredients from a fresh produce store or a farmer’s market will really stretch your money. Cooking in bulk & freezing or cooking and eating with others is helpful as well. There are tons of budget-friendly meal recipes online if you’re interested. If not, you do you
