I’ve had experience with both systems, and the US health system is far superior to the Canadian. There is no rationing of healthcare in the US like in Canada. The US has Medicaid for people without means or private insurance. That depends on the state. In Texas there is no personal income tax only sales tax which is 8% not 15%. The cost of living is much lower, I know, I live in Texas. one state out of fifty… the system is broken.
