Also means she’s finally getting exercise rather than just sitting round playing games/watching telly/ being anti social like most kids do these days… Just as a random non-related example.. my relative around her age roughly, poured herself a glass of orange juice and expected me to put the carton back in the fridge becayse “I was closer”. Then went and played on her phone instead of doing homework… I mean come on… Being a wife is whispering for fuck sake shirt that’s pure bloody lazy right?!?! Kids need a bit of tough love every now and then. every action has consequences. As a parent it is his responsibility to teach that to his children… not the schools nor the law enforcement but the parents. He is actually doing 2 things here.
He is showing her that her behavior resulted in this consequence and 2. He is protecting her as she walks to school. He is being a good father and that he loves her. Life lessons are hard at times. She at least has someone who cares enough about her to want her to learn a better way of life. I hope she takes it to heart. I knew people in school who had amazing families, were privileged, parents were amazingly nice. Those kids were bullies. Thinking they could get away with anything. It’s not always the parents fault. There are others sources children learn this behavior from. At least he’s trying to teach his daughter that bad actions have consequences.
