On example if 50% to 50% of men and women are achieved what if 65% of men or women are the fittest? It will make cc 15% of them excluded from fair competition. In my opinion it must be clearly said in public: What is prority a) gender equalitu b) quality of the fittest. Just because I work out to keep my body fit. As well these jobs pays a lot less then, other more intellectual jobs. And in accordance to the recruiter they reserve those jobs for those people who cannot do heavy work.
